On February 10, 2026, POLITICO’s Brussels-based newsroom launched their new daily podcast on political news in Brussels and the EU.

Every weekday at 6 am, the new Brussels Playbook episode drops on all platforms. From Monday to Thursday, the hosts discuss stories driving the day in 15 minutes or less and on Friday, the weekly EU Confidential podcast takes over for some in-depth reporting on the issue of the week.

In February 2026, I was brought on as a freelance producer to support the internal team launch their new daily shows and integrate the existing weekly show in the new schedule.

On top of my daily assignments preparing, recording and editing the podcast, I set up new templates to help the team streamline their audio production. I also helped with setting up remote recording sessions on Riverside on Sundays.
